QUALITY: Output-based reporting showing the results of site audits/KPI’s aggregated by location, location types and asset types. Quality Maintenance Service is split into different report S = Stations (SQMS Report), F = Fleet (FQMS Report), B = Buses (BQMS Report).
FAULTS: Report detailing performance on reactive tasks on our TfL contract against current SLA’s and forms part of one of the key KPI’s set within the contract. It can also be used for trend analysis and a tool linked to ABM’s / TfL cleaning audits to identify cleaning issues at a specific site.
H&S: A campaign was launched to raise awareness pan TFL on why HSGI’s are important for keeping worksites safe and compliant. In June 2022 ABM rolled out a new initiative across the network for operatives who use a T&A device (typically higher risk areas). When they log in to start their shift, they will be asked a series of questions that will determine if it is safe for them to commence their duties.
CLEANING: CleaningLog – report detailing the daily outputs (no of tasks being completed at a location on a daily basis) as well as a confirmation of a proof of clean/service.
Machinery – report detailing performance for reactive fault / call out tasks as well confirmation of daily pre-use check sheets, machine repair and asset management.
