How to implement and access?

Feedback survey can be created through Microsoft Forms. Follow this link to get a template that you can fully customise and add a logo to make it unique.

Once you’ve done this create a QR in the collect response tab and download it – see images & videos tab. 

Ensure you check the ‘Anyone can respond’ selection.

Download the ABM template from the attachments tab, and edit to make site specific and add the QR code you generated. You can also add the customer’s logo to this too. Now you’re ready to print your poster and start receiving that all important feedback. If you would like a professional print, contact Leopard Print LTD – contact detail listed below.

Responses to your survey can be found on office.com and then navigate to Microsoft Forms via the app launcher in the top left hand corner of the page. This where you can amend and update any questions you have.

Price

Surveys can be created at no additional costs through Microsoft 365.

Costs will need to be considered for printing.

Ongoing maintenance 

Ensuring survey questions are up to date. 

Replacement posters when they need replacing.
