Choose your Day of the week that you are checking on and then–

Choose either  “Checked & Serviceable” – or –  “Defect” – or –  “Not Applicable”

Brakes - Operating / Warning Lights
Exterior Lights - All operating / lens not cracked
Horn, Wipers & Washers
Mirrors and Glass condition / Security
Seatbelts condition / Function
Windscreen Condition
Tyres - Visual Inflation, side wall check,tread depth above 2mm
Glass Damage and or chips
Dashboard check for warning lights
Fluids Levels – Oil, Coolant, Washer, AdBlue
Visible Fluids Leaks
General Cleanliness - Int & Ext
Load storage / restraint
Number Plate - Condition and Illumination
“No Smoking” sign present and damage free
I can confirm that all checks as above have been completed and that any defects have been reported / repaired.
